Traditional Dining Room Design

Nothing short of hacienda glam, this mission style dining room boasts extravagant features worthy of any Spanish royalty. For example, the buffet is from Habersham and was custom painted a Sherwin Williams paint color, giving this dining room a unique pop of color.

The furnishings were vital in giving this mission style dining room a sense of drama we had envisioned. So, the table was custom made and sized to match our BIG ideas. Not only is the size impressive, but it also has large clavos around the edge. The sisal rug has a wool fabric border and was hand painted to match the dining room. We searched a long time for that perfect piece of artwork. When Kathy, main designer and owner of Eklektik, found this triptych art, a one-of-a-kind artifact from Mexico, she just knew our homeowners would love it – and they did!

As you head past the dining room and turn the corner into the kitchen, you will find a more casual design to this mission style home. This area is much less formal, yet suitable for all occasions. Our homeowners love to entertain, socialize and relax in this eating area– all while enjoying their view of the courtyard.
